Yellow Line

What Is a Hoist?

Hoists are tools used to lift or lower loads in various industrial, construction and maintenance applications. Electric chain hoists will hook/connect into a separate trolley while wire rope hoists are generally incorporated into the same frame as the trolley which moves it along the bridge or mono-rail beam.

Hoist Capacity and Configuration Options

Whether it’s 1 ton or 100 ton capacity, electric, pneumatic or manually powered that you are looking for we can provide a hoist to suit your lifting needs.  Hoists come in either wire rope or chain configuration for connecting to the load.  Many additional options are available such as wireless remote controls, Standard 1 or 2 speed controls, VFD Controls (variable frequency drive), hazardous location and food grade applications.
